Booking Terms and Conditions

Cancellation / artEscapes
ArtEscapes reserves the right to cancel the holiday, if there is not enough demand, up to 8 weeks before departure. In the event of cancellation by artEscapes all monies will be refunded but artEscapes will have no liability for any consequential loss, whether direct or indirect, which may be suffered as a result of the cancellation. Cancellation / client
In the event of cancellation of the holiday by the client the following charges will be made:

• 8 weeks before departure   forfeit of deposit
• 4 - 8 weeks                      50% of holiday cost
• 4 weeks or less                100% of holiday cost

Insurance
It is a condition of the booking that the client is covered by full travel insurance and if possible, health insurance.

Travel
Costs incurred through travel delays and cancellations are not the responsibility of artEscapes. Exact departure times and other travel arrangements are the responsibility of the carrier.

NB artEscapes reserves the right to pass on any unexpected and excessive costs levied by airlines. If an airline were to go into administration or liquidation, any extra costs involved as a result are not the responsibility of artEscapes. We reserve the right to cancel a holiday in such circumstances.

Health / Fitness
If you have a health condition that you think we should be aware of, please indicate this on the booking form. Some of our holidays require some walking on uphill tracks. Please ask if you are in doubt.
